I wanted to know what’s the best place to get animations for pretty much anything especially character wise, I know iClone probably has the best character animations, I was wondering if anyone knew anything better paid or free doesn’t matter to me.
With biped animations, you would need to use their skeleton, skin-weights, etc. Your thoughts on using something like iClone is close to the main solution for something like this, at least as far as I’m aware.
There is also Mixamo, but there again, you would be using their skeleton stuff.
Have you poked around with any of the free UE4 skeleton animations in the marketplace?
I have and I have also retargeted the UE4 skeletion without having problems and any problems that do show up could be solved using the BoneBreaker for Blender 2.8 which is an amazing mode. I was looking for someone a bit more advanced but then again I could try to find someone to create some animations for me in exchange for payment for their work.
