Hello everyone, I am currently using a Dell G15 laptop with the following specs: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i7-12700H 2.30 GHz 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 laptop GPU 15.7 GB usable RAM I am looking to buy a new desktop to be used exclusively for Twinmotion rendering and would love some product recommendations that would allow me to use Twinmotion to its maximum capabilities. On my current laptop, I’ve run into issues where my file would crash because “I’ve run out of video memory space”, seemingly because I have HDRI background on my images (four images). I’ve had files crash or give me an error report when trying to access them for other reasons as well, however; the aforementioned reason is by far the most common. When reaching out to support, they are usually able to access my files, citing that they have more powerful machines. This is what I am looking for; a powerful machine. I’d greatly appreciate some suggestions for a desktop with top specs that would run twinmotion with no issues. Thanks in advance for your help. Cheers, Ali
Hi Ali You see, usually for any software, at least functional specifications should be introduced in my opinion so that most of the projects can be done with that hardware. . In my opinion, these are the minimum specifications for a computer to run GPU-based software - - Ram : 32 gig Gpu : RTX 3070 or 3060 8 gig CPU: i5 or i7 Generation 10 or higher - - Pay attention to the minimum specifications!! Practical !! To work with most casual and light projects! . Now, according to the budget you have, the more you raise these specifications, the more powerful your computer will be and the work will be easier.
