It is simple. You can never have enough power in 3d game development. The performance in the current ue5 builds is better than in the alpha version but I suppose that noone can really give you a good answer what you really need later on with the final release. As far as I know there is no official statement for ue5.

Furthermore it is really user dependend and what you want to create. Maybe search the forum. There were several threads before yours which handle this topic.

No I really mean what I say. As far as I know there are no real specs listed by Epic.

If you want to create a 2d plattformer everything should work and if you want to create a new AAA game with Lumen , Nanite and RTX you need the most powerful you can get.

That is all I can say. There are no specific hardware requirements. A modern cpu with at least 32gb of ram and a decend gpu should work. That is it. At least it works for me.

I’ve got a 7820x skylake with 64gb of RAM and a RTX 2080 and everything works fine.

What kind of game do you want to learn in UE5? If you tell me, maybe I can help you find the right hardwear for you.

Thank

Stack O bot Bro

Of course there is no general solution which hardwear you need and for games in the future you will need much stronger ones, which is why I only refer to Stack O Bot with this recommendation.
I recommend an AMD Ryzen 5 5600 CPU, an AMD Radeon 6600 XT GPU and 32 GB RAM to use Stack O Bot. Equivalent components from Intel and Nvidia will do as well. If this exceeds your budget, you might be able to go down a bit, if you are unsure you can just ask again. However, these suggested components are not optimal if you want to create AAA games, so if you can, you should go higher with the graphics card and processor.
