I learned in some tutorial to set and adjust a flat primitive to prevent path people to fall thru holes and gapes in the mesh (e.g. open stairs). Though that is more complicated than in other programs, but it usually works quite well. I use 'clear glass' for the collision material. However even with opacity set to zero the material stays visible, at least under certain lighting condition and angles.
Can I prevent this? Or do we need a dedicated 'collider material' that is not visible in all conditions?
Hello ,
Thank you for posting your question in the community regarding the invisible clear glass that sometimes shows up in certain conditions.
I think I was able to reproduce a similar condition, and while this is a trick I am not sure if we can do anything about this behavior.
You may want to request a feature to have people not fall thru holes and gapes, similar to the physics option in the custom path?
Here is a link to the road-map where you can suggest an idea: https://portal.productboard.com/7pu88c9kpmqtzt8hwg6arujh/tabs/4-under-consideration
