I’d love to share my latest real-time environment created in Unreal Engine 5: Beneath Mount Fuji: Springtime Promenade.

This scene blends traditional Japanese architecture, cherry blossom season, and cinematic lighting to evoke a quiet moment beneath Mount Fuji. A lone vehicle glides through a rain-kissed street lined with lanterns and wooden facades, while petals drift in the evening air.

Plugins used: MeshBlend, Image Space Lens Flares, Cavity Blender Post Process.

There is something so beautiful about cherry blossom trees. Especially when combined Japanese architecture. You’ve definitely showcased that beauty here. The use of lighting and color choice absolutely brought this projects to life.

This is such a cozy scene! From the lighting to the subtle wet feeling that everything has. That car is also so nostalgic-looking, but I can’t remember what type of car it is. If I may ask, how long did a scene like this take, and were the ground leaves made procedurally or were they placed by hand?
