Behavior Tree, Move to, Nav Filter not working

Can someone help me. The AI is ignoring the nav filter on the move to node in the behavior tree.
I can see the system map out the correct path then the AI walks along a path that totally ignores it. As if it wasn’t there.

If I clear the nav filter the path that is generated is the one the AI uses when I have it turned on.

I can’t figure it out. I’ve added a slight delay just before the move to node thinking maybe the navigation wasn’t being mapped fast enough but that didn’t help.
