Beginner - Stuck when follow tutorial about edge scroll

Unreal Engine 4: RTS :: Episode 4 - Camera Movements Part 3

I follow above tutorial video, everythings is fine so far except the edge scrolling.
When i start game in viewport, the camera move no matter the mouse’s position.
