Beginner questions, about performance settings, nanite, clouds

Hi, I’ve been practicing more Unreal Engine 5, I have some beginner questions I would need advice with
1 How can I make the volumetric clouds stop moving, I want them to be static? I tried all their settings but nothing changes it

2 In all my projects, even the default maps, always says ‘landscape: x actors with physical materials need to be rebuilt’. Is there a way to fix that, it’s harmful, should I keep ignoring it?
3 Using the nanite really helps with performance? I use low poly and low texture resolution objects, so the nanite will help or it’s not necessary, should I keep enabling it on my objects just in case I want to use it later?

4 The lumen affects performance, what I should set to illumination for better performance? I’m setting it to none, does that help or is not necessary?

5 Which are the recommended scalability settings for performance, should I keep them always on low?
6 Which would be the recommended performance settings of unreal engine 5 for my pc?. For example I can run big games on low settings, like jedi survivor or red dead redemption 2 or starfield, but not sure how that compares to the engine, and I don’t want to force my pc, those games were really heavy for it. I have nvidia gtx1050 ti, amd fx 6300 processor, 32ram
