Beginner Question: adding run animation to a blueprint

I’m using the latest version of Unreal Engine and I’m trying to get some basic video game functionality going in a third person project. I have added a dash function that speeds up the walking speed when a button is held easily enough. However, I’ve noticed that in content -> mannequin -> animations, there’s a ThirdPersonRun animation. I would love to add this animation into the blueprint, but I have no idea how to do so. Could anyone give me some pointers? It would be appreciated!

P.S. Sorry if this question has been asked somewhere else. I looked through as many pages on the forum as I could, but didn’t find anything similar.
