Been trying to create a tag system, but when i try with bots they keep getting stuck

Hi! I have been trying to create a tag system for a game im making, and whenever i try out the code, the bot that has the tag just follows 1 other bot and they just keep tagging each other and ignoring everyone else. All other bots just runs to the border of the map and then stops. I have been stuck with this for a while now and i have no idea how to fix it. Also not sure what screenshots to upload, so please let me know wich screenshot to send!
