Batman Arkham Knight

it’s really really buggy… is it or is it not, one of the most buggy games in existence? maybe i’ve been going about games development wrong, adhering to the rule that you should try and eliminate bugs from your code, cause it seems the correct way to make the big time, is release a gorgeous looking game that’s a buggy mess… seems like we’re dealing with a generation of coders that have no capacity for logical thought… if this do that… not very difficult but some people are stupid… here’s a few bugs i’ve found in batman to name but a few… if anyone from rocksteady is reading this… please give me your code and i’ll fix it for free, then everybody in the world will love you…

1.Lock on system… bugged… batman turns around mid fight with enemies directly in front of him and fires his grapple gun in the complete opposite direction to the direction any enemies are standing in ( why would batman every do that in a fight? very logical )

  1. Lock on priority system… bugged… you did the lock on priority system in the total opposite way to the way you should have done it. IN REVERSE. How’s that for logic? in a game that’s all about racking up massive huge combos… why would batman ever and i mean ever fly halfway across the screen to punch the one guy that’s gonnna break his combo, when there’s a load of guys right in front of him he can punch?

  2. magic combo breakers… bugged… magic combo breakers that magically appear right in front of batman and break your combo… MASSIVE OVERSIGHT…

4.Camera system… bugged… camera pans to slowly… suggestion… increase interpolation speed… such as after the arial grapple gun maneuvre… takes ages for camera to readjust…

5.impending death from charging grunts… camera pans around at light speed giving you a massive migraine to reveal a guy already on top of you… a simple distance check will fix this…

6.Homing barrels… i’m sorry rocksteady… but barrels thrown at people do not have homing projectile properties…

7.delayed input… when two enemies attack you at the same time… but one of the characters timing is so incredibly off there’s nothing to do but get hit in the face…

8.aerial combat… bugged… when batman is in the air after doing a stun, jump,jump and he is well over the heads of all the enemies… how is it possible for enemies to punch him?

9.flying across screen… can’t be canceled… when you are doing a flying kick across the screen and some guy charges you… how can he grab you? surely your foot would kick him in the face?

10.normal attack, blade dodge… when you try to counter a normal attack but another guy is doing a blade attack, blade dodge seems to take priority… simple solution is not to allow blade
grunts to attack when a grunt is attacking.

  1. batman punching thin air even when enemies are on the screen… why? why? just why? this ends any combo you’ve got going instantly… why the hell would batman ever punch thin air?
    your logic is seriously flawed.

i admire what rocksteady was aiming for with arkham night and it could have been brilliant… but what confuses me is that after years and years of patches they still haven’t fixed some
very obvious problems, that would be totally obvious to any half decent not brain damaged programmer.

suggestion… let me look at your code… i’ll fix it, either that or fire your programmer and hire someone else cause the guy is about as logical as a batty boi with a pink fluffy elephant on a tuesday morning trying to impregnate a rainbow…
