Is there a decent tutorial available for a basic multiplayer top down twin stick shooter (no C++, Blueprints only) ? (basic multiplayer is the keyword)

That is the best tutorial for multiplayer you can find. This is not top down twin stick shooter but from there you can easily do your own game style. It explain everything you need to know to create session, joining session using steam… this tutorial work well with engine 4.19
