Submission is moving ahead, was a problem with my email!
Hello people, I submitted this to the marketplace and thought I’d do what people do and make a thread about it!
It is a small example project with a multiplayer passenger vehicle system. I took it from my own project that I am working on and made this submission. It’s a fairly simple system, and it works!

Why the character has ammo and not the vehicle?
Thanks! The vehicle in the project displays the characters ammo in the HUD and uses that to fire, I did this mainly so I could show the changing number stay with the character through different vehicles. If you wanted the vehicle to have its own ammo it would be as easy as putting in an additional float variable in the BP for vehicle ammo and connecting that instead of the passengers ammo!

Is there any possibility to attaching a turret or another weapon as a passenger?

It will work as single player, you could either cut out the custom events for replication or just leave it as is. If you wanted to use a custom mesh of some sort, you can simply adjust the passenger position in the passenger blueprint to suit it, the weapon can be replaced pretty easily, as it just uses two parts (base and barrel) for yaw and pitch. If you wanted to use the same system with a turret you would just change out the base mesh for the turret and then switch the barrels, you would have to adjust the positioning of course, but that should be easy!
Just as a note, I use exactly the same system for armored vehicles and tanks in my own project, the only difference is that project uses a source built engine that allows for multi wheeled neutral steer vehicles like tanks.
For anyone that is curious- I’m still awaiting a reply from Epic for my submission. I’m not sure how long this usually takes them.
