Some of the default barrier textures are always visible and some “fade in” based on distance from barrier.
I would like to the barrier texture to “fade in” when i’m quite close to it.
What setting is this?

there is not checkbox or something to do that directly with the standard barrier device.
However there is a possibility with a custom material.
