Baked shadows not appear on stationary light on Android

I have a scene with Static SkyLight and Stationary Directional Light.

Static shadows baked as expected and shadows works well, but as soon as I switch render to ES 3.1 or build a game for android, baked light and just disappear.

Any ideas, why I get such behavior? How do I make all the baked shadows to work properly?

Himself on days fixed this have themselves. I had to redo the light and when switching to ES 3.1 to check whether it works correctly.
