Baked Detail Normal Maps

Hi Guys.

This is my first try to finish a realistic character. Here I have this model with 50kk polys on zbrush. I already UV mapped (fullbody UV) and exported.
On XNormal I baked the details on a normal map but this fines details don’t have resolution enough at 4k texture.
Also, I already know the technique to add micro pores with tile textures. But I wanna a good variation, so I need this on NormalMap + Tiles.

Any recommends? 2 Pieces UV? One for Head and Another for Body?

A common way is to scale down the UV Shells for the Body, to get more Space for Face and Hands. Especially if the Character will get some clothes.
