Try an Anim Modifier, you should be able to extract and bake the curves from joints.

But you can open the bone path up in a DCC, copy the axis value you are interested in into a curve, bake that curve to an animation (UE4Curves : Unreal Animation Curves from/to Blender), import the animation to unreal, open the curve, copy the points, create a curve asset, and pasteā¦
In short, you are better off making a different system for whatever you need
