yes that’s the plan… ( and I recall it was a plan …? right…/?)
why output huge scans…? we could just import a UV simplified mesh, and bake the disp to it directly in RC…
That would allow to really get fine meshes…
like I have that floor… very detailed… perfect RC … but it’s a 210 millions f… polys mesh… so no way.
Simplify is a very wrong idea in that case… (it destroys the nice bumpy texture…)
Only way would be to export the parts one by one… but it makes too many parts (raising the polygon number for each part has no effect)
