Follow these instructions for the 5.6 MetaHumans or higher
Download the .MHPKG from this FAB listing
Create a folder called Outfits in your content folder
Create a folder in Outfits called CyberOutfit_V1...
Open the CyberOutfit_V1... folder and drag in the .MHPKG
Drag the WI_CyberOutfit_V1... asset into the MetaHuman Creator Outfit section and double click to apply it.
