just wondering: are the Engine Contributor badges automatically added, or do you have to request them? A PR on mine landed in 5.1, I’m listed as a contributor in the changelog, but I don’t see the badge on my profile .

Hey, what do I have to do to receive my contributor badge? A pull request of mine was accepted for UE 5.3.

Same here, contributions to 5.4, as RVillani. And I also worked for Epic through a third party in 2019, so I’ve had Engine commits on GitHub since then, but never got the badge.

Thank you for the information. I just received a tutorial guru badge, and I’m feeling grateful.
I think it’s still bugged, my PR is in 5.5 release but i didn’t get the badge. (forum nick matches github nick and the same GitHub account is also linked in my user profile)
Ditto, I have merged PR’s in multiple releases going back to 5.1. Didn’t realize that was how that badge got awarded.
