Bad Name Index

I was cleaning up some folders by moving geo and textures made during a live demo to one I can neatly package for students, but now I am just crashing over and over- when I hit play and when trying to run fix up on some redirectors.

The log report says “bad name index”.

All objects in the scene (there are only six) have correct paths to geo, materials and maps. I deleted all the placement blueprints just to be sure they are not referencing junk. No instances of anything other than those six are in my scene. If I create a clean level, it will crash on play.

How do I chase down this bad name index?
