Axis sensitivity

Hi. I have a 3rd person character with static camera and I am using an aim offset for aiming.

I can not figure out how to adjust sensitivity of an axis input. (using x360 gamepad)
when input is -1 character aim left and when input is 1 character aim right. But when I use setup as it is 3rd person example (multiply input axis with delta secont and custom variable it will just cut of maximum range… So character normally aim left with bumper moved to left and input is -1. But when I use to method showed in example I can only limit the range… so character will never aim to the left.

Does anyone know how to creat gamepad sensitivity? Thank you
