Avoid call Construction Script When Play In Editor ue5 ?

In ue4.27 PIE, blueprint (actor) that Can’t Call Construction Script is in a level when Streaming method is Always loaded. or
it’s a persistent level.
But, in ue5 PIE, will call Construction Script when Streaming method is Always loaded.
still can’t call is in persistent level . so, is there some ways to Avoid call Construction Script like ue4.27? or I should do some settings in Editor preferences.?
