Automatically update while modeling?

Wasn’t really sure where to post this, but I have a question.

I’ve heard that I, somehow, can make something in f.ex. Blender or Maya, and at the same time this project will update it self in Unreal Engine? Like every time I make a change to the project in Blender it updates automatically in the Engine. Is this true, if anyone know what i mean? If yes, can someone please explain how I can do that?
