Automatic subdivision with fences

Hello dear community,

I am currently working on the representation of a real landscape in the Middle Ages. There are areas on the slopes around the city that are very strongly divided by fences. There are orchards, pastures, flower beds and more.
Drawing all the fences with splines would take ages. These are very small plots with lots of fences on slopes. The problem is that I will have to do this work more often in the future.

Question:
I am looking for a solution such as defining an area and this will be randomly divided into plots with fences or splines. Ideally, the plot sizes can also be roughly defined.
Does anyone know an asset from the Marketplace or has a solution to this problem?

Unreal 4.27 is used.

Thank you, but with this tool I also have to draw all the splines myself. I´m looking for a tool to define an area and this area is divided by fences (splines) in small zones. It should be like a maze generator but without maze and with an individual area or special landscape layer.
Another possibility would be to draw and import splines in 2D software (CAD?). Does anyone have any ideas?

I think maybe you can do something with the new PCG tools, but it’s not something I use much.
