Hello,

I’m Architecture Student, I’d like to know if its possible to import files from AutoCAD 3D to Unreal Engine.

As long as you can export to FBX or OBJ, yes.

You can yes but the geometry can get a bit messy

Use Sketchup Pro as a middleman, import your models, clean your geometry and export as FBX.
