Hello,
My August 2026 Monthly Sales Report is still missing from my Fab publisher reports.
I had sales during August, but August does not appear in the Monthly Reports section at all. Previous months are displayed normally.
It is now September 25, 2026, and the August report is still unavailable.
I previously had a payout/reporting issue that was resolved after updating my Hyperwallet information, but my Hyperwallet account is currently active and I cannot find any action required on my Fab account.
Could you please confirm whether this is a known reporting issue or whether there is something I need to update on my publisher account?
Expected result:
The August 2026 Monthly Sales Report should be available in the Monthly Reports section.
Actual result:
August 2026 is completely missing from Monthly Reports despite having sales during that month.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to Fab as a publisher.
- Open Publisher Portal.
- Go to Sales Reports.
- Open the Monthly Reports section.
- Check the available monthly reports.
- August 2026 is missing even though I had sales during August.
Expected Result
The August 2026 Monthly Sales Report should be available in the Monthly Reports section, like the reports for previous months.
Observed Result
The August 2026 Monthly Sales Report is completely missing. I had sales during August 2026, but no monthly report for August is available as of September 25, 2026. Previous monthly reports are displayed normally.

I had confirmed sales during August 2026, so the absence of the August Monthly Sales Report is unexpected. My previous monthly reports are available normally.
My Hyperwallet account is active and I cannot see any pending action or required update on my Fab publisher account.
I would like to know whether this is a known issue affecting August reports or an account-specific issue.
I guess they do it this way in case there are refunds and what not during that time (I only see July as well despite having more than 100$ of sales in August)
