Audio volume in a sizeable volume area ?

Hello,

I am actually placing many audio sources along a river and it’s not a straight line

  • is there a way to have only one audio source that changes it’s volume?
    it would follow the river at it’s closest point from the player

  • or something like sizeable volumes areas… once we’re in, we hear the sound…more flexible than a sphere of attenuation

You can make a custom volume using the geometry tools (pen tool). Just go into top orthographic and use the pen tool to draw out the coast shape. Once the brush is made go to details panel and change to audio volume (Convert Actor).

Downside is there’s no attenuation.
