Audio File to Subtitles

Hi, would appreciate some help with audio files to speech! I am trying to find a good plugin that takes an imported sound wave that is playing (not microphone input) and converts it to text for subtitles that is synchronized with the audio as it plays.

I found a few plugins that convert the audio to text but do not do so in real time (takes 5 seconds to process and then returns the entire audio file text)

Any good plugin suggestions? Or ideas of how to implement this? Thanks!

It is perhaps not the ultimate solution because of it’s pricing, but it is more or less instant and is super easy to implement.

If this is for a permanent implementation I think it is a great solution to try. You also have Google Cloud Speech-to-Text API and IBM Watson Speech to Text.
