Audio-driven-animation | performace does nothing on mesh

Hello guys, neophyte here.

I purchased a couple of meshes: one from an mhpkg and another that’s just a mesh from a 3d asset.
I created a meta human performance and set the input to audio, set “control rig” to “face control board ctrl rig” and visualization to “mesh1” or “mesh2” or “mesh3”.

Case Mesh1 (mhpkg) Case Mesh 2(3d assest):

I don’t see anything below perormance Actor.
The process is executed and terminates without returning error.
I can hear the audio file but the mesh does not move.

Case Mesh 3( I created a meta human character from scratch and rigged it and assembled it):
I see below performance actor : face. Face_ControlBoard_ctrlRig.

Now, here are my beginner’s questions:

  1. What’s going on? Why is it that the imported meshes from case 1 and 2 not working as expected?
  2. How do I fix case 1 and case 2?
  3. In the future, when purchasing for metahumans what should I look for to not make this mistake (if I made a mistake)?
