Audio Component playing SW not in 3D?

I’m playing Sound Wave via an Audio Component. I have set Attenuation settings like so:

When I play it, it feels like a 2D sound. There is no attenuation, I hear the sound the same whether I am right next to it or 30m away. Also when I turn around I don’t get different volume in left/right speaker - the sound is ‘centered’ all the time.
What’s wrong?

Can you try it with the reverb off?

Hm, when I do that the only difference is that now the sound cuts off at certain distance. Though it feels like I hear it at a constant volume for 30m then it fades to zero over 2m. There is still no 3D effect, it feels like 2D all the time, turning the character around, spawning in different places makes no difference.

Did you turn off ‘spatialization’, when you put the audio in the level? ( it’s in the details )

Turns out we had Wise turned on in project, without proper setup. Lol, case closed.
