There is no real place to solve problems immediately. Every issue gets completely ignored — either I’m sent to a website that looks almost abandoned, or I’m redirected to another department… yet there is still no real official channel except here. This is literally the only place where you can actually write your problem, but there is never any solution. I have an angry audience and I also put in a lot of effort building this island, yet I keep facing many problems. I just want one single problem to be fixed. Dear Technical Support, I hope my issue gets solved and forwarded to the responsible team without being ignored. The audio system is broken after publishing the map — especially on the new maps. I can hear everyone from everywhere, no matter how far they are. Please help me. Thank you.
