Hopefully I put this in the right spot, I think I might need to do some blueprints to get it to work maybe?
But the only way I can get the audio Attenuation to work is if it encloses my character at the very beginning when I click start.
What I have is like a guided tour with a camera. But I can’t hear the audio if I place it anywhere along the tour besides exactly where I start, then the camera goes away from the audio effect and it works correctly. But if I set it anywhere along the path, nothing. Its almost like if something needs to activate it? And that something is only being made when I hit start and not when I am going along. But doesn’t make a ton of sense because I can see through the headset perfectly fine on the camera. Its like the camera isn’t carrying along its microphone to collect sound with it. Sorry hard to explain…
I tried all of the attenuation algorithms and that doesn’t work, I also messed with the inner and outer radius and like I said before, the only way them work is as if I make the outer radius huge enough to encapsulate that starting camera at the beginning, but thats not what I want. I want to get close and the sound to get louder. Pretty basic.
Basically my sound doesn’t play when the camera gets close like it should…
