I’m trying to upload logs for an issue I’m having, but Answerhub won’t allow me to upload them because they’re too large.
I also can’t them up, because it doesn’t seem to support the . format. Not everybody can be expected to upload files to external storage space and keep them there until the issue gets looked into, and it prevents people from properly reporting bugs. Can we please have proper support for uploading things like this?
AnswerHub does (or should) support files. Could you please try again? If you do still have a problem, let me know all the details (filesize, whether attaching it to a question or answer or comment, and exact message received).
Also, how large is the log you are trying to attach?
We had a minor oversight on our end with this. The attachment limit should be increased to 5 now. If you could, give it a shot and see if you can post the logs.
