attaching the teleport arrow to the leap motion hand ( finger )

Hi guys ,

Am trying to use the laepmotion hands in unreal engine as a teleport option and make on of the fingers point to the place i wana move too through the teleport option to use it inside the oculus rift for my architectural Demo is there a way i can develop this ?

I have been trying to figure out the teleport while using leap motion. using vive htc
