Attaching First-Person Template Gun to custom mesh

I was wondering if anyone can help me with a problem I am having. I am using the first-person template provided by Epic Games to make a first-person shooter for my final project at college. I have added my own custom mesh and I am trying to attach the gun from the template to the arms of my mesh but it is not working. Here is the code I am using.

On the skeletal mesh for the body, is there a Socket with the name GripPoint? Might be an obvious question but you didn’t have a screen shot of it so I thought I’d at least ask.
