Attach Paragon Head to Another Mesh

Hello, is there any way to attach any of the PARAGON character’s heads to another body? (Without having to export into Blender or some other 3D modeling software)?

I considered trying to hide the body (with transparent materials), but there is a little bit of morphing that occurs when the animation blueprint of another character is applied.

To be clear, the PARAGON characters have only ONE mesh, which all materials are applied.

It would be sooo much easier if all the body parts were separate meshes, but, yeah, any insight would be greatly appreciated.

BUMP.

Hey there @Leomerya12! Since the paragon characters aren’t separated, you would definitely need to split them off in a third party program to be the most efficient since Unreal doesn’t have the most in depth SKM modification utilities for something like this. Technically you could hide the rest of the body with materials as you noted, but this doesn’t stop it’s rendering cost, and the weights painted during the rigging process will still apply.

That’s what I was afraid of.

Oh, well.

Thank you!
