Attach Actor to Static Mesh Scene Component?

I have an actor blueprint, with a static mesh component, the static mesh has a socket on it, and inside my blueprint I want to attach another blueprint actor at the socket on the static mesh. I can’t figure this out, I thought it would be simple. Anyone have any ideas? Or is this not even possible?
