Why the location of the weapon is not same as the socket in mesh?
I add a socket in mesh and set the location and rotation.
I try to use Attach Actor to Component to add a weapon for my actor.
but the result is wrong,how can i fix it?

Try to change the Location Rule and see what work better.
You might try these few tricks as well:
- disable collision of your weapon first, then attach it.
- force set actor location of your weapon near the socket location, then attach it.
