Attach a spawned mesh to a socket

I am working on attach/detach a spawned mesh (lollipop) to a socket of skeletal mesh (kid), but the mesh is floating in the distance to the socket.
I suspect that my skeleton doesn’t have hierarchy of the Epic mannequin skeleton. What do you think?

Try changing both Location Rule and Rotation Rule to “Snap to Target”
