Jimmy – The Fat Kid is a fully editable MetaHuman character built with authentic child-like proportions and custom body deformation to represent a naturally overweight toddler/child physique inside Unreal Engine 5.
Unlike default MetaHuman body presets (which are primarily designed around adult proportions), Jimmy has been developed using a custom body mesh workflow and modified MetaHuman constraints to achieve believable child anatomy with accurate mass distribution, volume, and deformation behavior.
This makes Jimmy ideal for grounded storytelling, cinematic projects, stylized narratives, or realistic character-driven scenes where body diversity matters.
