I will buy a laptop for game development. I guess Rog strix laptops is enough for this. My laptops specs;
Processor: R9-6900HX
Ram: 16 gb (2x8)
Graphic card: rtx 3070ti (150w with boots)

Is enough?

Thanks and happy developing!
You will very likely run out of RAM once your project gets even a little big.
Also, a 3070Ti is a fine card (even if it’s mobile,) but it may also be gimped on RAM if it comes in a system with so little RAM.
You also don’t post the hard disk specs. As long as it’s an M.2 disk with at least 1 TB of storage, I think you’ll be fine.
Note that the laptop will run built Unreal Engine games just fine. The target needed to run Unreal Engine Games is much lower than the target needed to develop the same games, because the editor does a lot more work on much raw-er data than the game does.
As long as you stick to very simple scene (none of the big epic demo scenes or automotive super-fancy-reflection scenes) it would probably work. But check that you can upgrade to more RAM when you run out, or get it with more RAM right away.
