I will buy a laptop for game development. I guess Rog strix enough for this. I have 2 options. I know there is a big price difference between them. But which one to get will not be my decision. do you think both are enough for ue5? I can also use the cheaper one with ue4, just wondering if it’s a problem.

Honestly either is fine. Unreal engine itself mainly taxes the CPU, but they both have the same CPU so that doesn’t matter.
Actually playing the game will almost always be more GPU intensive, though. So it’s up to you to decide whether you want to spend the extra 300€ to upgrade from a 3060 to 3070ti.
Who knows, a worse graphics card could force you to better optimize your games.
I have a 3070ti laptop and it’s a monster. Seriously I was able to use facial capture live in UE5 with lumen, hardware raytracing and a metahuman, record the video and sound from it and it didn’t even break a sweat.
I was shocked. So I do a lot of my work on it now since I know it can handle the load. Just make sure you have clearance for your air flow.
Both will perform perfectly fine. If you need help deciding, I’d personally go with the G513RM (Cheaper One), rather simply depends on what you need to develop.
As another commenter stated, the upgraded GPU is only noticeably utilized while playing. By going with the cheaper model, you’re putting yourself in the shoes of a common gamer, so you’ll get a more similar experience which will result in them not feeling left out when they have a more than decent framerate.
