Assign shortcut to open the Editor Preferences?

Hi, is it possible to assign a shortcut to open the “Editor Preferences”?
I tend to go there a lot, and it’s cumbersone to click Edit > Editor Preferences.
I haven’t found an entry for this.

Also, it would be nice to be able to assign a shortcut to “Project Settings” and “Plugins” as well…

Editor Preference shortcut assign:
I found null, but i find a way to open this window by shortcut;
bind the following to shortcut in Keyboard Shortcuts:
LevelEditor - Settings

BTW, how to bind ProjectSettings Window?
