Hello i have a problem, i have a project with a lot of assets to build with, and when i open unreal i have this displaying on some assets, some are just missing on the thumbnail, some are missing materials and some a displayed low resolution.
The thing is, when i select the assets and right clic => Validate assets OR Load assets, they display correctly ( see image 2 ) does the same when i open them in the static mesh editor.
If i close unreal and restart it, i get back to image 1…
I can’t just reload and validate assets everytime i open unreal because it takes like half an hour !
Also, i tried a lots of things like cleaning cache, resaving assets etc and nothing works, its always like this.
Hello there @Pierrax! Let’s see what we can do here.
These types of issues tend to relate to the local setup, please make sure both your UE and OS have their latest updates.
As well, update your nVIDIA drivers, make sure you are picking the “Clean Installation” option, as well as going for the “Developer” drivers, as these have more stable settings for engine work.

None of that solve the problem.
So my solution is to select all the assets with problems, and right clic - asset actions - bulk edit via property matrix and then check " NEVER STREAM " for every assets and save.
Can always turn it back on when creating a level is done.
