Same issue. Shows me in FAB that it is owned - click on it and it only gives me the option to buy. Click on that and it says i cant buy because i own it. Specifically need something i bought for a deadline of tomorrow for a major sports brand. Nice work Epic.

Same issue here i have the Winter Forest environment that i need to use in my project can’t get it its says that i have to buy it but it’s in my library i own it already, hope it gets resolved soon.

A solution I came across for this is to sign out of FAB and sign back in. It will eventually break again, but I’ve had success doing this workaround.
