Why almost all assets i migrated are on draft?

I see now some things must be added like prof license, also i see you can upload unity packages?

some of my models are put in draft again and again where others are live, I’m not sure what I am missing

Yes i also have some in live-update draf and no idea what it means, but is supposed they are live.
