Same issue here. It’s been going on for ages. I’ve even tried deleting the epic launcher, all it’s buried files, and reinstalling after restarting the machine. It even persists through all that. And in doing so, it somehow managed to knock out my plugins across all engine versions including the stock ones and prevent them from registering as being installed, even though they are.
