I logged into my UE4 account today and all of my assets in the cloud were gone. Going into the marketplace, it looks like I need to buy them again, but I have spent over 100 dollars on assets and amassed a lot of free ones as well. I don’t know how to get in touch with tech support and I didn’t want to screw anything up by messing with it. If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it.
