Assets flashes in a blue light in the viewport inside ocean UE5

Hello,

I have a problem in my viewport in UE5.2, when i am inside the ocean some 4K assets starts flashing in a blue light and I can’t explain why. Please see the image below to see what the assets look like during the flashing :
